Dr. Crystal J. Bryant is the research program coordinator for the Economic, Social, and Administrative Pharmacy (ESAP) Division within the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is responsible for providing academic and career support to ESAP doctoral students as well assisting faculty with research. Her academic and professional interests are related to mentoring and academic achievement, with emphasis on the impact of mentoring on the academic achievement of academically disadvantaged students. Dr. Bryant is a graduate of the Educational Leadership doctoral program at Florida A&M University. She earned a Master of Education degree, with a concentration in higher education student personnel, from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Southern University and A&M College – Baton Rouge campus.
